1. Please measure hip width prior to purchasing the XL lounger, Inflatable Mattress, or mini inflatable mattresses. Refer to video link in menu.
2.The Bbl inflatable mattress, mini mattress, inflatable wedge, inflatable cushion and XL lounger are Final Sale ! No Returns. Due to the nature and sanitary conditions of recovery
3. If you would like to do a return on another product, you have 2 days from receiving the product to notify us via email that you would like to return. Products Returned must show no signs of damage or we will not accept the return. A restocking fee of $25 will be deducted from all returns that have been opened. A 50% restocking fee will apply if product arrives back to us more than 10 after initial contact about return. Please send an email to email@example.com with your order # and reason for return. Once we receive your email, follow up instructions will be provided.
4. Beanbag filling is not included. The XL lounger and Booster needs 5 bag of filling that are 100L each.
5. The inflatable mattress and mini mattress do not have built-in pumps and pump is not included with the purchase. This means the inflatable mattresses will need to be filled with air every 4 to 6 hours depending on your weight, this does not mean you cannot sleep on. It only means that in the morning your mattresses will feel soft due to air loss throughout the night.
6. NO RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OR FINAL SALE ITEMS. We apologize for any inconvenience. As of 8/10/2020 we will not be shipping internationally due to Covid pandemic.
7. Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable once order has shipped.
8. We air test all mattresses for 48 hours prior to shipping to ensure we do not send out any mattresses with holes. That being said, please inflate your mattress the day that you receive it if you find a visible hole please notify us immediately and email us clear pictures of the damaged mattress hole. You will only have 48 hours from the day you receive your mattress to do this for a refund. We will send further instructions via email on how to proceed shipping mattress back to us.
9. We do except returns on products that have not been opened, customer is responsible for all shipping cost. We must be notified within 48 hours after you receiving your order to do a return. If we find upon receiving your return that the product has in fact been opened we will not except the return.
10. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
